1. since when are you having this problem?
2. how did you come to know about irregular beat?
3. are you on any medication?
4. do you or anyone in the family has history of diabetes, hypertension, heart problem or any other illness?
5. any history of shortness of breath, fever or increased sweating?
6. any history of chest pain? if yes then does it radiate to left arm or jaw?
