Question : I started my period first of April it lasted 3days and then it came down in the middle of April again and it stop today on may 5 and know I fell dizzy

Hi my dear,

From your medical history of bleeding in middle of April until today is suggestive of possible miscarriage if sexually active.

Otherwise, a hormonal balance and good og examination are needed to understand why it happened.

Feeling dizzy is due to anemia following bleeding for about 2 weeks. Take iron supplements containing iron, vit.B12, C and folate to replace the lost blood. Keep well hydrated by taking lots of water with ORS.
