Brief Answer:
Progesterone for withdrawal of periods

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your anxiety about it and fertility issues.
In my opinion you need to visit an infertility specialist for proper evaluation because your period pattern and the delay in conception despite mid cycle coitus suggests the presence of PCOD.
Right now your main concern is missed periods, and as repeated pregnancy tests are negative chance of pregnancy is nil.
Now you need to take progesterone twice a day for 3 days for withdrawal of periods and thus visit a gynecologist for prescription as it is a prescription drug.
After you get your periods get your hormone profile checked along with ultrasound to see growth of egg and lining of uterus.
I basically practice infertility so in case you have any questions, I will be glad to answer.
Regards
Dr Manisha
