Brief Answer:
It can be conjunctivitis require antibiotics.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to health care magic

I am Dr. Dadapeer K an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

It seems from the history that you are having irritation of the eyes associated with redness and discharge.
These symptoms indicate irritation or inflammation of conjunctiva in the form of conjunctivitis.
The treatment is by use of antibiotic eye drops and decongestant eye drops.
I usually treat with antibiotic eye drops like moxifloxacin eye drops 4 to 6 times a day depending on the severity.
If other symptoms like discharge and pain occur you need to consult your eye doctor.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
You need to use anti-inflammatory drug.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the follow up question.

We usually treat inflammatory conditions with anti-inflammatory drug like diclofenac and can be used once or twice a day depending on the severity of the symptoms. The oral drug is required if you are having symptoms of pain..., if pain is absent only eye drop is sufficient.

Do consult your doctor for examination to assess the severity of the condition and treatment accordingly.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you

Brief Answer:
Only eye drops are sufficient.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the follow up.

If you are not having pain then oral antiinflammatory drugs are not required, only eye drops are sufficient.
Hence as of now use only antibiotic eye drops and if the condition does not resolve then you can start oral tablets.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
