Question : I Had unprotected sex with a female 4 days ago. Tonight my eyes began to feel irratated and my lower eyelids burn a little. Should i be comcerned about having contracted an STD? I do not have any other symptoms that woukd indicate that i may. Thank you

No most likely its bilateral allergic conjunctivitis and not STD.
Use antibiotic drop moxifloxacin two drops two drop thrice a day for few days along with a antihistaminic like epinastine two drop twice daily and it will subside in 3-5 days.
