Tried Lotrimin antifungal, Gold Bond anti-itch, and Lamisil cream for jock itch. Used each as indications directed as still have itching burning sensation. It has been 6 weeks. I went got tested for STD and test came back negative. Should I try Monistat, or what medications should I try before seeing another doctor?

Brief Answer:
Monistat (tioconazole) can be used

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I understand your concerns. Cortizone usually makes such lesions clear out fast but also makes them return fast. So, I would insist you not to use it. Lotrimin (clotrimazole) has been right to apply. I would not insist on using the other mentioned medications. Monistat (tioconazole) can be tried but I am not sure that you could obtain it without prescription. In any case seeing a dermatologist or getting the opinion of your primary care physician would be a good idea.
