Brief Answer:
Most likely due to dryness or fungal infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query and picture. Your problem can be due to dryness or fungal infection. Avoid soaps and irritants like alcohol. You can use warm water or saline to wash the area.

Using ointments containing anti fungal agents like miconazole and corticosteroid like hydrocortisone for local application will be helpful.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
