Question : my daughter and i have been dealing with itchy scalp, no dandruff, only tiny bumps here and there that can be felt but not really visible. the itch also goes down to the back of our necks where the hair is but there's nothing there other than the damage caused by scratching. my daughter has had it for about a month now and i have it for about a week. hope you can help. tried dandruff shampoos but no help.

Thanks for the query.
Probably your daughter has developed lice which then got transferred to you.
It is not always necessary to find lice on scalp.
Apply permethin scalp lotion.
Just a single application would be beneficial.
