                                            Question : Hi,
I have a history of UTI and last year I had a bout of yeast infection which was controlled through anti-candida diet as well as anti-fungal medication. However, over the last few weeks I seem to be getting light-white sores/stretches on the scrotum accompanied by itching. It seems to be getting worse daily so I took photos, it's more obvious in natural light. I'm not sure what it is, is it some kind of scrotal eczema of sorts?

I have re-uploaded photo as well as a smaller image. I also want to add that I had eczema on the glans for the longest time even before yeast infection last year. I had to scrape the moldy white formation off (painful) since medicine alone was not doing it. It's itchy itchy/painful now as well. I want to add that I have very good/gentle hygiene, so its not that and I'm not sexually active.
