Question : When i get an erection and almost reach ejaculation, nothing happens. why?

It's due to retrograde ejaculation.

It would be to good if you mentioned, what surgery you had for the bladder.
As an Urologist, let me tell you that, after certain bladder surgeries, the ejaculation after intercourse, is retrograde. That means, semen goes into the bladder after sex.
