What Causes Leakage Of Semen?

Question: Hi
semen leakage occured to me 3 times this month.it did yesterday and even today.
Why does semen release so often without masturbation.is it normal this frequency.could this happen with tight underwear.this has not happened to me before,it takes about 2-3 weeks for semen leakage earlier.pls help.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
noticed leakage of semen 3 times in last one month.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Does this leakage happened during sleep or day time ?
2) Was it a thick semen or watery fluid that you discharged ?
3) Were you engaged in sexual thoughts when the leakage happened?

To get leakage during sleep(Night Emission) is common and has no significance at all.

If it is watery discharge it could be due to excessive secretions of mucus glands located in urethra.either due to sexual stimulation or inflammation of urethra (Urethritis) which will get cured after taking broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily for a week.

Leakage occured during sleep
It was not watery
No sexual activity before sleep.

Is leakage normal if it occur everyother day.can it be happening due to tight underwear, or I started fasting this month [due to low fluid intake]

How often is too often for semen leakage.
Is it anything related to prostate?

Night emission is common and nothing abnormal .It is mostly due to sexual thoughts during sleep of which no body is aware of.
It is neither due to tight underwear nor due to fasting.
Do not worry it is not significant and to be worried about .The issue will get resolved itself without any treatment.
