What Causes Left Temple Pain While Clenching Teeth Or Yawning After Injury?

Question: I hit my left temple area on the edge of a door leading a friends house last night and of course it hurt at the time for a few seconds. I went to bed and woke up about 230 so the bathroom and when I went to lay back down realized my head was slightly aching in the area I'd hit. I took a Tylenol about 3:30 this morning for it and again about 7:30 but I still have the noticeable ache in the area where I hit it, and definitely when I move make a big yawn motion with my jaw or clench my teeth. Should I go to ER (it's Sunday)) so nit able to see my doctor).
Brief Answer:
Clinical examination in ER safe to rule out fracture
Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,
probably this is just a bad bruise (which can hurt up to a few weeks), but if you want to be on the safe side i'd recommend getting examinated at a ER to rule out chances of a fracture of any small face bone.
Best regards

I posted a follow-up question a couple of hours ago buy never heard back. I said I was not concerned about any facial bones broken since where I now hurt to the touch where the door hit my head is nit right next to the face, but instead of concerned about Tylenol nor Advil not reducing the ache I now have in the area and slightly below it. I have no other symptoms other than the area I hut being very sensitive when pushed on and the aching in the area, and opening my jaw very wide makes the ache more noticeable.
Brief Answer:
Needs more time to heal
Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,
there was no followup transferred to me except this one here which i am gladly answering.
Despite the intake of pain medication this might just need more time to heal.
I am sure it will get better soon if there is no fracture.
Best regards
