Question : Last night i was feeling very light headed, nauseaous, had diarroeha ,sweaty ,cold & hot. When in bed i moved my head the room was spinning. This kept on happening till late this morning but still my head feels tender. What could be wrong with me? Please advise.

Probably virus infection/ gastroenteritis, will resolve within a few days

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,

this is most likely an infection caused by a virus or bacteria. As long as there is no heavy pain, high fever or bloody stools, this will usually get better within a few days with an otherwise healthy person. You should take in light foods like soup or bananas. Also please take in enough fluid.
