                                    Brief Answer:
No they won't cause watery stools
Detailed Answer:
Hi....no. The saline nasal drops would not cause watery stools.
I have a few questions for you -
1. Do the watery stools start soon after feeds?
2. How many times the baby is passing urine?
3. Is there any vomiting?
4. How is the baby's feeding and activity?

                                    Hi,
1. She's only had one very watery stool. The rest have been wetter than normal but still have some substance to them - they are sticky
2. She is still passing urine after every feeding
3. She is spitting up quite a bit (more in the morning) - it's not very forceful so I don't think it's vomit.
4. She is eating well, has normal active and feeding activity.
She doesn't have a fever.
Thank you!
