I feel loss of appetite for past 20 days and reduced 2 kgs of wt. i have a fear of cancer from day one. Mild heart burn some times and only symptom i have is loss of appetite. No hunger. If i have food i am able to intake little if its without bloating. Can it bcs of cancer or fear.

Need not worry, the symptoms you have could be due to gastritis.

I recommend you to get a Upper gastro intestinal endoscopy. This will help in finding out the real cause for loss of appetite.
