Brief Answer:
Many medical reason could cause similar symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM

I can understand your concern. Persistent fatigue, low energy, difficulty in staying awake, numbness in extremities, pain in arms etc symptoms could occur due to a number of medical and psychiatric reasons.

Medical causes like vitamin deficiencies, anaemia, thyroid function disorders etc are common reasons. Low vitamin B12 is one of most common cause of these symptoms and should be ruled out. Iron deficiency anaemia might cause weakness, drowsiness, fatigue, tingling in arms etc symptoms. Hypothyroidism can also cause similar symptoms. Please discuss with your doctor and check if you have underwent the tests to rule out these conditions. If not, then go for Vitamin B12 levels, haemoglobin levels and thyroid function tests.

Mild depression, somatisation disorder can also cause similar presentation. Persistent fatigue, low energy, pains in body, tingling sensation with normal work up could be occurring due to depression. Please visit your doctor and ask for detailed evaluation.

Medicines like SSRIs can help to improve the condition. The medicines if taken regularly can help to beat these symptoms. These are safe medicines and can be taken for long periods also. So if everything is coming normal then please take one psychiatric consolation also.

Thanks, I hope this helps. Please don't hesitate to ask again for more doubts.
