There are no oral treatment to have an orgasm
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query at healthcaremagic .
I have read your question carefully and understand your health concern.
Inability to have an orgasm after menopause is an often issue, and the reason of it is low female sex hormones .
Meanwhile you take estrogen cream and it doesn't help, then the only help is sex therapist ,but you haven't financial opportunities.
Hence you can try :
eating a healthy, balanced diet
exercising regularly
keeping the passion alive in your relationship
talking about sex with your partner.
Hope I have been helpful and please feel free for further discussion.
Best regards

Explanation is given below
Detailed Answer:
Hi back dear!
Flibanserin, which will be sold as Addyi, is the first medication designed to help women distressed about their lack of libido, and it's approved by FDA.
But I don't know if is sold at drug stores, and I haven't had any patient yet who has used it.
You should discuss this with your GP to prescribe it because it has many side effects.
Hope I have been helpful and please feel free for further discussion.
Best regards
