Brief Answer:
Additional information required

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Namasthe

I would require additional information for me to be able to assist you further

1. What is her exact age?
2. Has she passed stool?
3. Is she having fever?
4. Does she have urinary complaint like burning sensation while passing urine or increased frequency of passing urine?
5. Is her appetite normal?
6.has she attained menopause?

If she is passing stools normally, there is no distention of abdomen and her appetite is normal then there seems to be no cause for concern.

Do get back to me with the details.

Take care

Brief Answer:
Could be related to menstruation

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings

The cause of left lower abdominal pain is likely to be related to menstruation.
I would suggest the following which will be helpful
1. Tablet Meftal Spaz thrice a day for 2 days
2. Combination of Pantoprozole+ Domperidone twice a day for 5 days will be helpful

She should be fine soon.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
