Question : I have recently had sex and have muscle spasms on my left lower side (abdomen) when i pee????

It could be due to skeletal muscle spasm.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
During sex,muscles of the abdomen will be involved.
Some people may get spasm , particularly in the lower abdomen.
I prescribe Skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside to my patients with similar complaints.
Pain while peeing may be due to Urinary tract infection. I add Antibiotic like Norfloxacin to my patients.
Please drink plenty of liquids.
Nothing to worry. It will come down.
