Brief Answer:
Possible diverticulitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
This may be just constipation, however symptoms may indicate diverticulitis and diverticulosis so I think that antibiotic therapy is required and you should not have enema in this case. You should see doctor who will evaluate if CTscan is required and prescribe antibiotics. Till that, you should take probiotics, lot of fluids and avoid, alcohol, chocolate, fried food and fats. Wish you good health. Regards
