Question : My Father passed away two weeks ago. sometimes i am ok and sometimes I am very nervous. today I had a pain on my right front side were my rib cage ends. sometimes it dosent hurt and sometimes it herts lower in my body on that side. I have pain all over my back and sometimes I have tightness in my chest. I have hot and cold flashes. My dad passed away of pancriatitis and I am very scared.

The symptom complex of pain at the lower chest where rib cage ends and lower is more suggestive of costo-chondritis, the backache may be due to the muscle spasms, tightness in the chest and hot & cold flashes can be related to the stress and anxiety and the scare.
