Dear Doctor,
Dear Doctor,
Thanks for the response.
I had my appendectomy done. CT scan revealed no stump appendix present
1.i have pain in my right lower abdomen almost near to appendix. However i had it removed already 20 yrs ago and the scan confirmed there is no remaining part in appendix
2. I will attach my blood test reports. i had high rate of CRP when i got admitted and it came down after the antibiotics
3. I did not have fever, however i was feeling feverish and always tired.
4. My appetite was normal, but my stomach was bloated
5. My stools were normal. No blood found. i was also not constipated
6. My periods are regular 30 days
Note: I have attached my colonoscopy and ct scan reports
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Loose motion likely to be antibiotic induced
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms
Typhillitis or inflammation of terminal ileum and caecum is usually seen in Enteric fever(Typhoid). As the CRP has reduced and there is no fever the infection would have been cured.
Prolonged intake of antibiotics may cause antibiotic induced diarrhoea and vomiting.
I would suggest you the following
1. Stop further use of antibiotics
2. Probiotics will be helpful in controlling the loose motion
3. Consume plenty of oral fluids
4. High fibre diet
You should be fine soon.
Do keep me updated about developments
Take Care
