Brief Answer:
In my opinion , it is a part of palatine tonsil .

Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
Thanks for follow up query .
I am not able to see video but i can see picture of your throat.

I have zoom in picture & seen in detail.

In my opinion , it is a part of palatine tonsil .
Tonsil has holes in it when holes meets each other tonsil get divided into parts.

Globus sensation may be because of other reason.

I would advice you Xray neck lateral view to rule out cervical osteophytes.
Fluoroscopic Barium swallow to see any motility disorders.

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.

They appear normal no infection , erosion , ulcer.

Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
Thanks for follow up query.

In your picture i can see 3 lymphoid tissues between anterior & posterior pillar .
The above 2 are parts of palatine tonsil & lower one may be lower part of palatine tonsil or lingual tonsil ( at that point picture not clear ).

They appear normal no infection , erosion , ulceration & non cancerous .

I see many patient with similar picture without any complain .

I would like to know, you have any acid reflux complain & any post nasal discharge , dry cough & allergy .

Also i would like to know you have any addiction of alcohol & smoking .

If this tissue bothering you , it can be removed surgically & send for pathological examination.

If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards.

Thank for follow up query.

Acid reflux , seasonal allergies & smoking can cause globus sensation .

This mass may not be cause for globus sensation .It appear normal & present normally in many persons .

For acid reflux use Esomeprazole & zantac .

For seasonal allergies use Steam Inhalation twice daily & Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination .

For smoking use alternative like nicotine chewing gum , consult deaddiction specialist .

Globus sensation may be because of combination of Acid reflux + seasonal allergies + smoking .

I see many patient with similiar history having Globus sensation .

I have seen your recent picture.

Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
I have seen your recent picture. It gives better idea .

Yes , it is lower portion of your tonsil. It appears that you are having erosion in lower portion of your tonsil which turn slightly whitish patch .

The dry & irritating feeling is because of erosion in lower portion of your tonsil which form into mass.

No need to worry it will heal.

If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you

Tab Vitamin C twice daily for promote healing ,
B Complex ,Zinc , Iron & folic acid - Multi vitamins & Minerals Tonic syrup .
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily & Plenty of fluids .
Use Esomeprazole & zantac for acid reflux control.
For seasonal allergies use Steam Inhalation twice daily & Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination .
