                                    Brief Answer:
There are many causes for that ,but nothing serious
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Mild hepatomegaly with fatty changes ,the diet plan should be avoid oily and fatty food, regular exercise is must . You need to do an Liver function test to see wether there is any hepatocyte damage due to fatty liver and also to rule out other common causes of hepatomeagaly and fatty liver-HbsAg, anti-HCV also to be done.
If possible get those tests and review with me again for better plan of management.
Hope this information helps you
'Thank you
