I have gone through your query. If you have stated your periods recently within 1 year it is usual to get like this. If not you have to rule out hypothyroidism and PCOD. For this you can run thyroid profile test and ultrasound of uterus and ovaries. A consultation with gynecologist is well appreciated in such case.
