Question : I had a flu vaccine & flu symptoms for 8 days. Now I have motion sickness, bilious emesis. Can't turn over in bed without dizziness. I'm wondering about labrinthitis & if an OTC anti-nausea medication will help

Let me come back to your query. OTC anti-nausea medicines that could provide relief include meclizine, cyclizine, dimenhydrinate, and diphenhydramine. They can be tried.

However, bilious emesis primarily occurs when you are in empty stomach for long. I would suggest you to take some food 15-30 mins after having such a medicine.
