Question : What is this in my stool? Is it mucus or something more serious like a worm. I have bronchitis, but was just wondering. Thanks.

Based on the image you uploaded, it's mucus.

However, a more accurate method would be to get a stool routine examination for ova and parasite done to rule out the possibility if an infectious cause.
