Brief Answer:
Need more info

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

It is common to develop muscle tenderness in cases of renal stones, it could be due to dyselectrolemia especially increase in potassium levels
In order to come to a better conclusion I need more info from you

1. Was the stone in one kidney or both?
2. Were you a hypertensive before this?
3. What was the serum creatinine and potassium levels?
4. Was the pain associated with breathlessness?
5. Are you still experiencing pain and weakness or has it completely recovered?

Please get back to me, I am awaiting your reply
