Question : 1993 I did hysterectomy at night s I have hot sweat each time I woke .

I assume that during this hysterectomy operation your doctor or surgeon may have removed your ovaries. If this is the case it can cause significant fluctuation in your overall estrogen balance. This can create significant hot flashes.
