Question : Hi, I have blotchy skin all over arms, back, chest and legs. My hands are numb and my arms feel heavy from the elbow down. I wake up feeling tired even if I have had a good night's sleep. Any ideas please?

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

I need to ask you some questions first:

-did you experienced lately ( before symptoms started ) flu like symptoms?

- are the skin lesions reddish?

-blood tests evaluated the autoimmune diseases too? ( you can upload the results together with a picture of an affected skin area )

- did you use any drugs regarding to your symptoms?

-any other health issues from the past?

Blotchy skin and fatigue could be caused by several conditions such mononucleosis infection, Lyme disease, autoimmune diseases, celiac disease etc.
