Brief Answer:
Try being hydrated along with vit B12 supplements.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Erich,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion (assuming there is no rashes or redness) is as follows:

1. Skin pain, burning all over could be due to
a. Anxiety
b. Dehydration and dry skin
c. extensive demyelination of nerve or nerve irritation, due to neuropathy.
d. Another cause could be allergic - in early stages.

2. If there is no irritation or redness, then it cannot be allergic.

I would not think of fibromyalgia at present, as there is no joint pains or muscle pain.

You can try:
1. Taking good amount of water - atleast 5-6 liters per day.
2. Skin moisturizers
3. Vit B-complex supplements. Twice a day.
4. Try taking antihistamines like loratidine.

Try taking for a week, it should help. Meanwhile, if any rashes or reaction are seen anywhere, do get back with images or more details.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.

Sorry that I got a bit upset and ask "Paypal" for a refund. At first when after two days I did have no answer, I thought it to be a bit long of a wait.
Now, Thanks Dr XXXXXXX for your answer. My wife will try all you suggested.

Namaste,
