Question : I have swelling, pain and some itching above my right eye, on my scalp and just below my right ear. What could cause this and do I need any treatment?

Pain, swelling and itching on the above mentioned sites can be due to multiple causes like herpes zoster, paedrous dermatitis or allergic reaction to XXXXXXX
I need to ask you few questions:
What is the duration of these symptoms?
Are you having any rash in the form of bumps or blisters on the affected areas? If yes upload the photographs of the affected areas.
Do you have any history of insect bite or have you been to areas with dense vegetation?
Have you used or applied anything new on the affected areas?
Do you have any other ailments or taking any medicines?
