folliculitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
You might have developed bacterial folliculitis.
Can you upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and a better line of management.
Waiting for your response.
Thank you

                                    Brief Answer:
lipoma
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Are you sure the lump appeared now or did you noticed it now?
It can be lipoma, a benign collection of fat which might have developed a mild bleed.
You can take a pain killer and apply diclofenac gel.
If there us no response within 3 days , an ultrasound might be required to find out the cause.
Thank you
