What Causes Pain Around Chest And Back?

Question: I returned from 10 days in Hong Kong yesterday,today I have a pain around my chest,more around the back like tight spasming muscles.I was fine one minute turned suddenly while mowing the lawns on a ride on mower and the pain started,I took 2 anti-inflammatory pills(Panadol Extra 500mg).Mildly better.
The flight was very cramped and uncomfortable,what are the sympoms of clots after flight ?

I have studied your case.
sudden chest spasm after long flight journey can be venous clot ot can be chest infection.
I will advise you clinical examination and further investigation like colour doppler and if required CT scan.
Watch for signs of infection like fever and respiratory distress.
Till time take muscle relaxant with neurotropic medication like methylcobalamine and gabapentin consulting your doctor.
