What Causes Pain At Incision Point Long After Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy?

Question: 31 yr old male, had a laparoscopic cholecystectomy two years ago with no issues. Sneezed harshly earlier and now have pain at the exact point of my pain prior to surgery. Is it possible to have torn the incision point of the muscles or something to that effect?
Brief Answer:
It could be a port site hernia. See your Doctor
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It is probably nothing to worry about. As Lap Cholecystectomy has been done you could have developed a port site hernia. You should see a Surgeon or your GP who can examine you and let you know. If it is a hernia then you might require a minor repair but most likely it would not be a hernia.
