Brief Answer:
Analgesic such as ibuprofen and vitamins are of help.

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. It is likely due to muscle and weakness or vitamin D deficiency. It is likely to be benefitted by physiotherapy and supplements of vitamin and trace elements. Analgesic such as ibuprofen will be helpful in pain relief. Rest will be helpful in pain relief. You can get your vitamin D3 test. If found low you you can take supplements of vitamin D3.You can further investigation by x ray and MRI of the area.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
