Question : My daughter completed 11yrs old, and she regularly complaints on wasteline pain/hip pain/back ache/head ache and all.... have found taht white discharge is more may be due to that she is feeling like this. she has not got her first cycle yet... but white discharge is more....she feels very disspointed with her hair growth in private parts too.
Please help me to get out of her from disaapointment.

Hello XXXXXXX I understand your health concern related to your daughter.
It is common to feel awkward about the hair growth in private parts but you need to play a pivotal role by empathizing with her that it happens with everyone and that there are many methods to remove them easily.
The weakness, backache and headache is most probably related to the discharge.
Give her tablet doxycycline 100 mg twice a day for 5 days and tablet fluconazole 150 mg just once.
Also get certain tests done viz-
- complete blood counts
- thyroid hormone levels
- eye sight check up.
Give her a high protein diet and ask her to take a lot of water daily.
Give her nuts especially almonds, milk and soyabean in various forms.

thank u mam will surely come back after consultation with doctor once and will update the status too thank u for guiding me in right way. she will not have milk fruits nus hates with chapati and she will consume only rice made foods or with sambar or rasam thats it so more worried.
