Brief Answer:
Vitamins deficiency/anemia/diabetes...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The pain in legs muscles when walking in thighs or behind knees muscles is because of vitamin D deficiency and anemia (low RBC). I need to have a look at your lab results in order to analyze other vitamins level (especially when it comes to vitamins of group B) and need to evaluate your blood sugar levels (possible diabetes)?

You need to cure the low RBC count and restablish vit.B level through supplementation containing iron, folic acid, vit.D and vit.B complex.

Try to be more physically involved to increase blood flow in your legs. Avoid sitting for longer periods.

Hope it helped!

Brief Answer:
Spine problems:neurologist to be consulted...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for providing additional medical data of yours.

From what you are describing, all your symptoms are related to spine problems. Immediate consultation with neurologist is needed to determine:
- how far the damages of the spine are causing nerve compression
- the final and best treatment

Less appetite you are feeling is due to anemia and lack of vitamins. Altogether neurological examination and correcting vitamins deficiency and anemia will improve your symptoms.

With regards to constipation, most probable causes include:
- diet
- bowel problems

If no bowel problems have been diagnosed so far, then, it might be due to diet. You should increase water intake and fiber-rich foods.

Laxatives should be also used with caution.

Hope it helped!
