Question : Hello,

When i get down from my bed in the morning, the soles of my feet pain for couple of minutes when i start walking. I am not able to put my feet on the ground. After 2-3 minutes, the pain goes away. Please suggest the issue here and medication for the same.

First of all some information is required before the treatment.
i would suggest you to share or go for certain Blood test CBC with ESR, Calcium Thyroid and if possible take a X-ray of feet.

It may be Calcaneum Spur(Which is a bony growth in the heel bone) but final diagnosis and treatment is decided after the test report.

If you have seviour Pain you can take Calcarea Flour 6x 4 pills 3 times in a day.
