Brief Answer:
teeth infection,TMJ disorder,Symptomatic treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.

As far as the problem in left teeth in chewing is concerned, I have two possibilities.
It can be because of teeth infection or gum infection.
The other possible cause could be because of the temporomandibular joint disorders.
It is very difficult to come to diagnose based on your brief description of your problem. If you can explain your problem in detail, we can give a proper diagnosis.

Consult an oral physician and get a screening radiograph like OPG to rule out the problems associated with the teeth.

Meanwhile you can take symptomatic treatment like analgesics(diclofenac 50mg -If you are not allergic) till we confirm the diagnosis.

I hope my answer will help you, take care.
If you have any queries, reply me back with detailed history.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
pulpitis, dentinal hypersensitivity,RCT,restoration

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your reply.
The problem associated with your teeth looks like a dentinal hypersensitivity or pulpitis secondary to decay or wear away(attrition or abrasion) of teeth structure.
Consult a oral physician, take a radiograph of the involved teeth and get it evaluated.
If it is decayed tooth and involving pulp, then it has to be restored with RCT(root canal treatment).
If it is just a mild attrition or abrasion of the teeth, then it can be restored with Glass ionomer cement or composite.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
If you have any queries, reply me back.
