Brief Answer:
Get investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

Leg pain at this age group may be due diabetes, restless leg syndrome, compression in lumbar spinal nerves which supply both lower limbs.

So i advise you to have fasting blood sugar, serum sodium, potassium, calcium, xray lumbosacral spine in AP and Lateral view and send me the report.

Till then have tab.aceclofenac 100 mg+thiocolchicoside4 mg twice a day by prescription of your family doctor.

Have a lot of liquid in diet.

Have balanced diet.

Visit orthopedic surgeon for physical check up as he may advise you cap. levocarnitine if needed.

Avoid weightlifting.

I hope you got the point.

Thanks,

Dr.CHANDER XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
