Brief Answer:
Might be muscle spasm, oral NSAIDS, analgesic cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
I would like to know few more information like
Where exactly is the pain?
Since when you are facing this problem?
Is there any history of injury or stretching of the back?
Is there any difficulty in passing urine?
Is there any history of urinary tract infection or stones?

It might be muscle spasm, so Presently I would suggest you to take NSAIDS like diclofenac to address the pain and you can also apply analgesic cream or spray to the back and observe for any improvement. Drink plenty of water.

To rule out kidney related problems
I would have asked for 1. KUB X-ray and 2 ultrasound abdomen. 3 Urine routine examination.

In case if the pain intensity increases or the above mentioned measures doesn't help I would suggest you to see general surgeon for examination and further help.
Hope this helps
Take care
