Brief Answer:
Get investigated and take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
You may be having cervical radiculopathy due to spondylosis or frozen shoulder.
You need to get a blood sugar and xray of cervical spine.
For treatment you can start pain killers with muscle relaxant like aceclofenac or diclofenac with tizanidine or thiocholchicoside.
Pregabalin or gabapentin or amitriptyline can be used for neural pain too.
Physiotherapy under guidance should be done.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
