Brief Answer:
May take a few more days. Another possibility also may be considered.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query. You were diagnosed to have Temporo Mandibular Joint inflammation . Naproxen is an anti inflammatory medicine and Cyclobenzaprine is a muscle relaxant. It may take a few days to bring complete relief. Is the pain related to opening and closing of the mouth or chewing?
If so it is the probable diagnosis. If the pain is unrelated to these movements and if there is numbness and sharp shooting pain, it may a neuritic pain like Trigeminal neuralgia .
If you are not getting better, you should see your doctor again after a few days.
Take care,
