Question : I have a small lump the size of a ping pong ball just under my left knee and a little to the right of the shin bone. It only has pain if I press on it and is kind of smushy but mostly hard. Should I be concerned?

I empirically give my such patients Diacerine, glucasamine and diclofenac slow release tablets and advise quadriceps exercises.
