                                            Question : 2 weeks back, my wife slipped on the floor and her right leg below knee hit the table. For few days she was in high pain and area got swollen. she even does not allow to touch there. Now, swelling has come down and pain also dow.She feels pain when she walk or hand or something placed on that area. Though that pain is also not high. Now the colour at area is light brown.she has taken pain killer and warmed those area.how much more time it will take to heal and what you suggest future course of action? I have looked at the pictures. Your wife has had a bruise. As long as she can walk around, it is not something very serious. As the pain and swelling has come down you can wait for another week, the bruise will also reduce on its own. There is nothing to worry. Just wait and watch.
