Question : whatever is connected to my left testicle is painful to the touch. why?

If you are able to palpate a lump, this can by hydrocele or testis tumor. If you are able to palpate noodles like structures, varicocele are most probable.
If you feel some long structure, epidydimis can be the reason.
You may also have scrotal hernia if there is a pain in the groin as well as a lump in the groin.
The best way to find out what are you dealing with is to perform an ultrasound.
