Question : Hi I'm having a hard time urinating. I'm wondering if this could be a symptom of an STD because this only started happening after I started being sexually active with this guy. He is a bit promiscuous and tends to hook up with a lot of women. I always use a condom with him during intercourse.

If you had used condom while having sex with this guy then it is unlikely to be STD's .

It's either an Urinary Tract infection or it could be minor vaginal or urethral injury due to rough sex.

I advise you to get Urine routine and Urine Culture sensitivity test done which will tell if any urine infection is there or not.
