What Causes Peeling Skin On Penis Shaft?
Question: Question. I haven't sex in about 2-3 weeks. I just noticed that my shaft is peeling and my boxers have dried blood on them. Also, I white discharge occurs, the inside portion of my shaft use to hurt but I not is that the top of penis has a red spot on one side of the (lip). Pee does burn. Any signs of what this could be

This looks to be a problem called balanoposthitis.
I hope you have a single sex partner.
The effective treatment is as follows:
Clean the area with plain water 2 to 4 times a day and and keep it dry with a pure cotton cloth or a dryer.
you may apply liquid Povidone Iodine locally or a Metronidazole cream- nothing else at all. We have seen no results with any other solution, cream or ointment. So do not try anything else; if you are using any, please stop it.
A course of antibiotic with metrogyl orally for 5 to 7 days should help you to get a cure. You can get your Blood Sugar checked.

So there is really no sign of an std? I've had one other partner but after all this had happen I stopped completely. Notice the last time I had sex, when I ejaculated it hurt a little

I was just asking because I looked it up online and it said it is mainly for uncircumcised men but I'm circumcised. I have had unprotected sex with 2 partners but only one time with both. At first I thought it was a yeast infection but I just uploaded a picture of the area that I'm most concerned about. The rash seems to be gone. But as you see the tip is a little red and the discharge is seen as well. The red is to the left I uploaded the photo through a report. No fatigue, no lose of weight, no headaches just foul smell, burning through the tip of penis and burning inside the lower part of my shaft. The penis tip also looks a little swollen

You have to visit a Doctor to get a Prescription based antibiotic and tests for gonorrhea.
If it is possible and plausible your both partners should also get tested and treated accordingly.
This disease in the photo has nothing to do whether you are circumscribed or not.
Even one unprotected sexual interaction is sufficient to get the Sexually transmitted disease/s.
The rash is called balanitis.
It may take about 2 weeks for the burning to settle, so do not much worry about burning after a proper antibiotic treatment under a Doctor's guidance and prescription. A visit to CDC is worthwhile as they have the most recent knowledge about the best treatment available at the moment; the sensitivity and resistance to a particular antibiotic in your area.
