Question : I've had diarrhea for 3 days now my stool has turned black what could be the problem

I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

Black color in the stool is sign of blood in the stool. That means that your infection that is causing diarrhea may be a bacterial infection, getting worse every day and you might need antibiotics to cure it.
So my recommendation is to go and see a local physician who would prescribe you an antibiotic.
Drink plenty of water and a diet with BRAT.
Use Probiotics, avoid milk.
